How delivery works

Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, we process your order immediately — typically the same business day for orders placed before 3pm. Your unit is then shipped directly to your delivery address.

You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated lead times

Ex-display / showroom units5–10 working days

Built-to-order / specialist units2–6 weeks — confirmed at order

Coverage & charges

UK mainland delivery is included on all orders.
Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland may incur a surcharge — contact us before ordering to confirm.
We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.
